If we enter the house through the front door we enter a bright hall with the meter cupboard and then we step into the living room. The living room is partly because of the bay window at the front a very nice space. Equipped with a tiled floor with underfloor heating, smooth plastered ceiling and walls, fixed custom-made blank oak cabinet on the wall and a cabinet for the television.

The luxury kitchen (2019) is located at the rear of the house and is fully equipped, including a 6-burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher (AEG), refrigerator, 3-drawer freezer, stainless steel sink, wide drawers, spacious countertop and plenty of storage space.

Through an intermediate hall, the garage can be reached inside. In the hall we also find the toilet and stairs to the 1st floor.

1st FLOOR:

Ursem is located on the edge of the Schermer polder and was formerly built on the Westfriese Omringdijk for protection against the high water in the schermerboezem. The first habitation in Ursem dates back to the Middle Ages. This gives the village a rich history which can still be seen in some places.

The larger towns of Alkmaar, Heerhugowaard and Hoorn are easily accessible via various arterial roads or by public transport. In the immediate vicinity lies the Eilandspolder and the Mijzenpolder.
